This is a little late now as we are still trying to figure this blogging out... I have had my share of technology problems here ! What is one more ... Anyway, Ryan Lochte swam an excellent lead off to the 4x200 freestyle relay to gain a huge lead that the team did not let it get away...this time ! Ricky Berens and Conor Dwyer had solid performances in the middle of Lochte and Phelps... GOLD... ... read more
