Internet in Doolin was marginal at the guesthouse. It was better at the pubs, but I didn't feel that that was the best place to sit and blog. In search of Margaret Campbell ... One of my earliest memories (age 4) is standing at the bedside of my dying grandmother - Margaret Theresa Campbell - and her reaching out to touch my hand. Earlier this year I again felt her reaching out, and knew that I needed to return to her homeland - County Louth, Ireland - to try to bring a part of her spirit home.
