Three countries in one day, Chile, Peru and Ecuador, what a way to spend a birthday!!! To reach our final destination Quito Ecuador required an early morning flight at 52,000 feet! But was worth it for the spectacular views as we paralleled the snow capped Andes Mountains on our way north. They almost seemed close enough to touch from aircraft's window.
