My first Honduran meal!
YUMMY! Some kind of corn tortilla with ground beef, salsa and veggies. They told me it was an enchilada. Different from the ones I know, but delicious nonetheless!

I have been awake for 36 hours, and as much as I want to sleep, I’ve gotta get in an entry for today. Oh, and it’s unbearably hot! As we were leaving for the airport at 2am, there was no point in trying to sleep last night. 6am flight means I needed to get there 3 hours in advance, right?
