Anna, Texas is a small town about 15 miles north of McKinney, Texas and located on State Road 5. There were 8249 people there during the last census. The area is rather scattered as there is an old town with a few businesses and a few homes however most of the population is located in new sub divisisons that continue to grow around the small town.
