On Sunday 24th June I got up at 6am, which is a big sacrifice on our one sleep-in morning of the week, especially when we had been enjoying cocktails a few short hours before. However, this was for a good cause! I was off to see the Nice Ironman kick off! Strangely, Nick didn’t share my excitement and opted to stay in bed.. weird! The race began with the 3.8km swim.
