Dear Followers, Hello and happy summer! I hope you are doing well! I am back in the midwest, which means my hair is a lot more frizzy and my running is the best that it can be. Aside from the humiditiy, I am enjoying my time back in one of the best regions ever! Being out of the mountains and back into flat land is different, but amazing.
