26th May 2012 Saturday. We decided to investigate some other parts of Lake Garda. We drove up the east shore as far as Maderno- the area is very built up – though there are some lovely flower displays on some of the roundabouts! The cacti were in full bloom . Maderno itself sits right on the lakeside, the church was very interesting with some lovely original frescos. We enjoyed ... read more
