Usual walk in the morning. Left at 6.45, back by 8.30. Got a huge box of chocolate chip cookies today for $5. R found a machine at Tom Thumb where we can do self -check of BP for free. So, checked our BP there. R's was marginally high as usual, and mine low as usual. (You need to pay to check your weight but checking BP is free....wondering why...if you check your weight you will not buy and i ... read more
