This is as close as we got to the grand palace before humidity won and we turned back for home.

We both really loved Bangkok. Spent most of our time escaping the humidity on the amazing air conditioned train network and in the shopping centres. I've never seen Tom so excited about a shopping centre. Terminal 21 is the newest and it was pretty amazing, if only we weren't at the start of the trip we could have bought a lot.
