Kancho!!!!! (Okay, not really, but from this angle it kind of looks like it!)

This is a bit of an "inside" joke for anyone who teaches in Japan. The students (starting at the young age of 4) seem to be absolutely obsessed with this medical term for enema, which they yell as they form a little gun with their fingers and then jam them up your butt... or atleast try to. Many teachers have quite a problem with this as it is quite popular and occurs frequently. Thank goodness my students have only attempted this a few times, and I was able to catch their little hands before they were anywhere close to my behind. I am not a fan of this!
