Arriving in Phnom Penh, we drove down by the waterfront past some amazing buildings silhouetted against the dusk sky, past what appeared to be gringo-ville (the equivalent of Pham Ngu Lao in HCMC) and then got dropped off next to the night market which was just stirring into life.
