Lũng Cú flag tower at the northernmost point of Vietnam

The tower is located 22km away from Đồng Văn town. I had to travel 500km overland from Hanoi to this important point. From this place I could see China on the other side of the mountains. (Monday 16 April 2012)

15 & 16/4/2012 – Day 2 & Day 3 of the 5 day trip to Hà Giang (the northernmost province of Vietnam). We arrived at Đồng Văn town at 5pm. Next to our hotel there were 3 big motorbikes which we saw when our mini bus had problem on the pass. It turned out that these motorbikes were owned by 3 Thai travelers.
