Team Training - Tenbuy Wells to Leintwardine and back

Well, Saturday was an excellent training day where we managed to get three of our 5 riders together for a 40+ miler around the Shropshire countryside. We started at Tenbury Wells at 10:30 and headed to Ludlow, about 10 miles over lovely rolling English countryside. Lots of short steep hills! Over the past two years I have become a keen cyclist and am using this interest to get myself in shape and raise money for a very worthwhile charity, namely Rugute (http://www.rugute.lt/en). I can't speak too highly of this Lithuanian charity which does so much work for young children and their families and it is the least I can do to help raise a little money to support their cause.
