I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning. The thought of rationing out my five slices of bread and a banana to last till Monday afternoon was just too much. I did eventually make it out, and filled the tea-pot with half the remaining tea to have a weak cuppa. I sorted out the huge pile of rubbish in the kitchen, bagged it up and put it outside under the mini verandah. I was just trying to ... read more
