So far my days have consisted of wandering aimlessly around the city in the morning when the sun’s heat isn’t too harsh. Then I would spend the afternoon eating my beef tortas, drinking the freshest horchata around town, and relaxing in the park bench underneath an ancient tree. After lunch, I would walk to the Instituto Cultural de Oaxaca and join some other volunteers before we all head off ... read more
