Weather - 79 degrees Before leaving Pontachartrain Landing, we went to the office for a showing of a film on Hurrican Katrina. We then headed out on the road. Stopped for gas at $3.59 per gallon then on to Franklin. Franklin is a very small town with a lot of south Louisiana charm.
