Pack the last of the junk drawer into a final box, close the flaps and tape it up tight. All that is left is to clear out the fridge. Let’s see…some spinach, the last egg, orange slices, miso paste, sweet garlic chili sauce. Some walnuts in the cabinet. Mix some oil with the paste and sauce for a dressing. Not bad. What to drink?
