So far we have left the south Island and are back in the warm north island! After Kaikoura we headed towards Christchurch and did a bit sight-seeing, the inner city was still completely closed after the last big earthquake in February 2011. There is a rumour going on that they are waiting for the next big earthquake, that’s why they hadn’t started rebuilding yet. We celebrated my birthday at M ... read more
