Having had enough of the snow, I escaped to Mostar, a beautiful town in the region of Herzegovinia. While the majority of it was destroyed in the Bosnian war of the 90s they have managed to restore many of its monuments, not the least of which is the old bridge, first created by the Ottomans in the 16th century.
