Five of us (Sasha, Josh, Michael, Tara, and I) departed Cairo early so we could make it to the Egyptian desert by afternoon. In a large van we were swarmed with flies as the only life form entering the desert. In our van we honestly had probably 50 flies and each one we killed seemed to bring out 2 more from hiding.
