Hello, Today I’ll tell you about 2 festivals I saw in Penang. The 1st one was Loy Krathong, also called festival of lights. This is a Thai festival but it is celebrated here too, as it is so close to Thailand. “Loy” means “to float” and Krathong is the receptacle in shape of lotus that people put on the water.
