On leaving Elliston we headed north to the historic town of Colton, an old pioneer town complete with a hotel, church, school and cemetery, all only empty buildings today except for the schoolhouse. The cemetery is the burial site of the first Greek settler to SA, George Tramountanas, who arrived in SA in 1822 at the age of 20. One thing not to be missed in Colton is the Bakery !!!!
