Laguna de Apoyo is a gorgeous turquoise lake in a crater of a dormant volcano. With the options of floating around in a tube, kayaking and snorkelling we ended up spending a little longer than planned and ate all our food provisions on day one. A down side to staying by a remote volcano crater is that food options weren't exciting or plentiful (if you dont want to eat chicken, you're ... read more
