Could the start of a USA road trip begin any worse? Everything you could think of that could go wrong went wrong. Drenched and standing in front of an empty building with a For Lease sign on it. My road trip through the states was about to not even get started. My first port of call before seeing the sights of New York was the motor registration office to see if I could register a car.
