For our last day in Istanbul we tried to cram everything in that we had forgotten to do. After our cooking class the night before we knew a little bit more about the various spices common to Turkish cuisine and decided to head in the direction of the Spice Market. Along the way we walked through Istanbul's college University, a truly beautiful campus. Security guards are at every entrance and ... read more
