• So it’s Pchum Ben in Cambodia, which means that during this holiday Phnom Penh virtually shuts down for a week (including Aziza’a Place) while everyone goes back to their hometowns to visit with family. Restaurants, stores, markets and moto drivers shut down and completely disappear.
