Our time in Japan was short lived and it was now time for us to return to Shanghai. We took the same mode of transport as we did getting to Japan and that was by ferry. When we arrived in at the ferry terminal on the morning of our departure we were quite excited at the thought of 2 relaxing days on a boat, enough time to recuperate from our non stop Japan marathon.
