Efter nogle meget skønne dage i Mombasa var turen kommet til at skulle videre. Vi havde aftalt at tage afsted med to lokale taxier kl. 4.30 om morgenen. Natten op til gik med at bekymre os om beslutningen nu også var den rigtige, da vi skulle igennem en frygtet skov, mens det endnu var mørkt.
