I left the desert to head to Oklahoma City where I visited an old friend, Lia, who is an amazing artist and urban agriculture expert. She and her husband, Allen, work w/ several programs in the city, including w/ diverse groups of inner city kids at risk. They also have the vision of people in OKC, many of whom are not very well-off, being able to grow their own healthy, organic food. I'm s ... read more
