V quick Egypt update, just to let you know what we've been up to (more exciting stories soon, I promise) We arrived in Cairo after much wine and Harry Potter goodness. Not much of this night is remembered. Next day we were taken on a tour of the pyramids and Mr. Sphinx. We both noted how the pyramids were made of blocks (I assumed them to be smooth) and not sandy (what? they look that way in the ... read more
