Today was the day I was going from Colombia to Venezuela. I knew it was going to be a long trip, as I was aiming to get to the town of Coro, on the North West coast. My first task was to catch the bus from Riohacha to the border. The hotel owner explained how to get to the bus stop and I set off shortly after 7am for the 30 minutes walk.
