Sorry for the late update. So, we took the boat from Colonia to Buenos Aires at sunset. The view of the city as we approached was pretty beautiful. We were a bit cautious as we left the terminal (our bags were the last ones on the carousel!) and we took a taxi for 50 pesos (ripoff!) to the hostel we thought we had booked over the net.
