Hoi Anis a town of tourists, tailors and touts. Our bus didn't take us into town but stopped in the driveway of a hotel a few km from the centre. Then the gates were closed behind us. This was a slightly more strong-armed approach to the usual touting - we preferred to escape through the front entrance and trudge into town where there would be other options.
