Today, I went to Ein Gedi. Ein Gedi is an oasis. It is surrounded by desert and faces the Dead Sea. The mountains on the other side of it are in Jordan. There was a lot of wildlife there. We saw Ibex (mountain goats) and furry yellow animals that looked like a giant guinea pigs (the desert hyrax). There were also giant waterfalls that you could swim under, and an old cave that had stalacti ... read more
