We couldn't contain our excitement going back to my roots to Hong Kong and it certainly exceeded all expectations. Like 'Stars In Their Eyes' we cut through the soupy fog into Lantau Island. It was noticably cooler as well (15 degrees Celsius - it is their winter, after all!) The consumption of energy is phenomenal. The port is lit like Hollywood and the night sky is illuminated with skyscrap ... read more
