Thankfully the bus arrived and after a relatively uneventful two hours on the other bus we arrived in Sucre. Sucre was actually really beautiful; there were still old colonial buildings dotted around as well as green parks and clean streets, but after the ordeal that we'd just been through we all we cared about was having a stiff drink.
