Up in the early light and off to Banjos Bakery for breakfast (having checked the night before that they open at an early hour!). Breakfast pide were appealing - ham, cheese and tomato for me and egg and bacon for Eric. My lovely hubby and I are in the process of planning a trip to Tasmania with a few days in Melbourne at the end. We live in Cairns, Queensland and have been to Tasmania only once before, in the winter of 2007.
