This is my second time around in Siargao Islands, and again it's all because of work. After doing our official business, me and my colleagues from the Department of Health headed to the Cloud 9 Resorrt where the Surfing Competition every September is held. Though, it's only December but the waves are already awesome. I can say that there's much more to see comes September. We just look around, lo ... read more
