Amandahanim and I got here on June 29th, 5 days before the start of the program. We stayed the first few nights in a hostel with an incredible view of the Bosporus, and now that the program has started, KU has put us up in a nice hotel a few blocks from Bacesiher University (i know i misspelled that but am too lazy to look it up). I'm Tucker - you know this. I'm a human from Kansas, blah, blah, blah.
I'm in Instanbul, straddling the line between Europe and Asia for a month doing a study abroad program from KU Law. Justice Scalia ia teaching one of the courses, and as it turns out, Istanbul is the most interesting city on earth I've been to so far. ... full info
