Next stop: an island that James Cook named Magnetic Island because his compass went funny when he sailed by. It's a very nice spot... however, there were loads of "schoolies" - kids that had just finished their GCSE equivalent and went away for a week after that. But never mind, we stayed in quite a cool hostel which was not infested with partying kids - we stayed in little huts in the forest and ... read more
