After a 17hr train journey back to Shanghai and a 5hr flight to Bangkok I was shattered. I've booked into the Prince's Palace, which is a lovely hotel in the centre. I'll need the rest before my next experience. My journey to the hotel was a bit of an adventure, I avoided taking the easy option of a taxi and jumped on the train, but it broke down one stop short of my destination after waiting ... read more
