"If we fail to reach the Great Wall we are not men" Mao Zedong Even though I'd only had three hours sleep, I felt great, probably buoyed by the prospect of seeing the Great Wall. I met up with Eric and Ilham in reception and we headed off to find the bus stop, which was a short walk from the hostel.
