Mongolia... So, I am writing from Beijing. I am sitting in a bookstore known as the Bookworm- near the Tuanjihue neighborhood, listening to Tori Amos, eating a grilled chicken and pepper panini w/fries and ketchup and reflecting on my experiences thus far.
