You wouldn't believe it!!! I got a lift to cardiff from Jule's dad, when we arrive i see all these rainbow flags everywhere,.....ding ding ding ding a bell went off - a gay and lesbian mardi gras!!! Yes, i happened to arrive in cardiff the exact weekend of the mardi gras - very interesting start!! After checking in, I went to the hostel bar for a nice beer.
