Concepcion was the largest city hit hard by the 8.8 earthquake which struck back in Feb 28th. I was fortunate enough to visit and tour Concepcion as well as the surrounding areas. It's amazing the destructive forces of nature. How in one moment your life can change forever. Reading about Dichato was eerie especially knowing that it could happen in my backyard, I can't imagine experiencing it first hand.
