We arrived in sweltering Hanoi at about 11am on the overnight sleeper. Then jumped straight on a bus to the north to Cat Ba, whilst on the way the Bus driver drove like a mad man and took out a motor cyclist; the bus only slowed down a bit, the two people stood up dusted themselves off like nothing happened got on their bike and the bus just hooted and drove on- its craziness I tell you.
