Little tired today - I could NOT sleep last night. I skyped the girls around 4:30AM my time, right before their bedtime, which was nice because I got to say goodnight to them. I don't think I dozed off until 6AM. I woke up around 10AM. I really wanted to be up much earlier and go run in one of the London Park’s with Chris, but he let me sleep in. We'll try it tomorrow.
