Thursday we went to visit the Queen at Windsor Castle. She must not have gotten my telegram because she was not available for me and the guards had absolutely no idea who I was. A few years ago Tom and I decided to take our daughters to Europe in 2010. We chose this this time because they would be ages 11 (Emma) and 9 (Julia). At the time it seemed so far away and even felt like it would never happen. Well here we are in 2010 and in 10 days we depart for Europe. It's a dream coming true.
