This week started out with a bang. A group of about 4 Puerto Rican students invited us to 'La Playa' to celebrate the day off due to Memorial day. We met up around 10:45 am, hopped in their "carro's" or more commonly called "guaguas" and headed to a supermarket to get some food. They made sure we got some true Puerto Rican snacks, which was a bag of "Munchies" that included fried platanos, a fr ... read more
